Enrolment Application Process
To lodge an enrolment application at St John Fisher College, please follow the steps below:
Enrolment applications for Year 7 open when the prospective student is in Year 3.
Complete our Enrolment Application Form online.
Once your enrolment application has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you.
It is important to note that any student needing learning support must be identified at the application stage as we have limited spaces available.
- Submit payment of the $100 non-refundable Enrolment Application Fee online.
Your enrolment cannot be progressed until the Enrolment Application Fee is received. - Send copies of the following documentation to the Enrolments Officer (sjfcenrolments@bne.catholic.edu.au):
- Birth Certificate / Australian Passport / Citizenship or Visa documentation
- Baptismal Certificate - if applicable
- Two years of school academic reports
- NAPLAN results - when available
- Copy of the receipt for payment of the Enrolment Application Fee.
Please note: We do not guarantee a placement until all the documents have been submitted, the Enrolment Application Fee is paid and a decision is made after the interview.

If you are applying for more than one student, an option to enrol an additional student will be available once the first form is complete. If you require assistance with identifying your first language, please refer to this helpful video on

Key enrolment dates
- Year 7, 2029: Current Year 3 students.
Online enrolments are OPEN. - Year 7, 2028: Current Year 4 students.
Online enrolments are OPEN. - Year 7, 2027: Current Year 5 students.
There is currently a waitlist, however still accepting applications. Please contact our Enrolments Officer to discuss. - Year 7, 2026: Current Year 6 students.
Applications are CLOSED, however accepting expressions of interest. Please contact our Enrolments Officer to discuss. - All other year levels: On occasion, a small number of vacancies exist throughout Year 8 - 12.
If you would like to enrol in these grades, please email our Enrolments Officer. Applications are assessed on an individual basis.
