FLAME

Established in the Mercy charism and inspired by St John Fisher’s teachings, our Fatih, Leadership, Aspiration, Mercy and Empowerment (FLAME) Program aims to nurture every student’s holistic growth.

We envision a community where individuals embody respect, care, integrity, service, excellence, and inclusiveness. Our program fosters self-awareness, resilience, and empathy, helping students manage themselves, connect with others, and build a healthy sense of self-worth.

These skills form the foundation of learning, enabling students to resolve conflicts, work in teams, and maintain a positive outlook.

Students better manage their behaviours and relationships as they understand their emotions and strengths.

Each year level focuses on a developmentally appropriate theme:

Year 7 - Connections and Belonging
Year 8 – Identity and Self-Discovery
Year 9 - Looking after Others
Year 10 – Challenge Yourself - Stepping Up
Year 11 – The Leader Within
Year 12 – Shining Lights.
