We are thrilled to announce that Britt Gurnett has been named the new Principal of St. John Fisher College! Britt has been acting in the role since January this year, having been an important part of our college community for 8.5 years.
With a deep commitment to our students' social and emotional growth, Britt is dedicated to nurturing academic excellence and developing forward-thinking leaders of tomorrow.
Ms Gurnett said she was honored to announce the appointment of her Principalship.
"With a journey that began as a classroom Teacher, evolving through various leadership roles, this opportunity is a culmination of my career in education this far," Ms Gurnett said.
"My vision for the College was formed under the leadership of Cathy Galvin and continues to focus on creating an inclusive and innovative learning environment that nurtures the potential of every student.
"I'm excited to embark on this transformative opportunity and work with an exceptional team, to guide our students to become the forward-thinking leaders of tomorrow, shaped by the values of a Catholic Education."
