​​​Student academic reports may be provided to a former student (or their legal guardian). 

The Request to Access Records or Information Form​ must be completed and sent to Brisbane Catholic Education, Records Management, via the contact details in the form. 

The cost for retrieval of these archived documents is $33 and is payable through the online BPOINT service​. 

Please note:

• If the former student's current age is 18 or older their identity and contact details must be verified via the Request to Access Records or Information application Form prior to retrieval.
  
• Where a parent/former legal guardian makes the request on behalf of a former student whose current age is 18 or older, the former student's consent must be given and their identity verified via the Request to Access Records or Information application Form prior to retrieval. 
  
• Identification documents can be sighted and verified in person at the school or alternatively, certified and supplied electronically.  Completed forms will be retained by the school for 7 years after last action.
