Biology/Chemistry/Junior Science Teacher - St John Fisher College BRACKEN RIDGE
Commencing January 2023
We are seeking an innovative and energetic teacher of Science to fulfil a 12-month fixed term contract for 2023. The ability to teach Senior Biology/Chemistry and Junior Science is a necessity, while the ability to teach Junior Mathematics would be highly regarded. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to the education of young women and the Co-Curricular life of the College; be able to work in partnership with colleagues, students and parents/carers; with an ability to attend to detail in innovative and creative practices as well as possess a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
Located on 15 hectares of beautiful leafy grounds, St John Fisher College is a Catholic secondary college in the Mercy tradition offering a contemporary education for young women.
The College has 620 students in 2022 and is growing rapidly. Our NAPLAN and ATAR results are above BCE, state and national averages, and we regularly achieve 100% QCE attainment.
