Established in the Mercy charism and inspired by St John Fisher’s teachings, our Fatih, Leadership, Aspiration, Mercy and Empowerment (FLAME) Program aims to nurture every student’s holistic growth.
We envision a community where individuals embody respect, care, integrity, service, excellence, and inclusiveness. Our program fosters self-awareness, resilience, and empathy, helping students manage themselves, connect with others, and build a healthy sense of self-worth.
These skills form the foundation of learning, enabling students to resolve conflicts, work in teams, and maintain a positive outlook.
Students better manage their behaviours and relationships as they understand their emotions and strengths.
Each year level focuses on a developmentally appropriate theme:
- Year 7 - Connections and Belonging
- Year 8 – Identity and Self-Discovery
- Year 9 - Looking after Others
- Year 10 – Challenge Yourself - Stepping Up
- Year 11 – The Leader Within
- Year 12 – Shining Lights.
